Recipe – Infused Water

You may not love the taste (or lack thereof) of plain water. One thing you can do is add some sliced or frozen fruit to your water. Here are some of my favorite additions to infuse water with a little flavor. But don’t limit yourself to these. The possibilities are endless. Go experiment!

  • Hibiscus
  • Lemon
  • Peppermint
  • Lavender
  • Ginger
  • Rose Hips
  • Lemon Verbena
  • Oranges
  • Limes
  • Cucumber


Slice fruit or herbs or veggies.

Add to water and store in the refrigerator.

Let the fruit infuse the water for 24 hours.

Tip: Freeze berries for fruit ice cubes to make your drinks more beautiful and nutritious.

Another Tip: Some essential oils add a really nice flavor to water. Just make sure you are using therapeutic grade oils (DoTerra, Young Living) and that the oil is safe to ingest.
