Recipe – Migraine-Calming Fresh Herbal Tea

Get migraines? Here’s a super-simple calming herbal tea that you can enjoy on those painful days.

Serves 1

5 washed mint leaves (or a tea bag)
2 cups of boiled water

Instructions

Steep mint leaves (or tea bag) for 5-10 minutes.

Serve & enjoy!

Tip: Let the tea cool down a bit before drinking it. You should be able to drink it without blowing on it.

Tip from someone who suffers migraines (me): Relax, cool the room, darken the room, and an ice pack on the head can help.
