Love tangy citrusy juice? Want (or need) to replace grapefruit?

Grapefruit is a super-healthy fruit. It has vitamins, minerals, fiber, and very little sugar.

But – there are people who I actually recommend don’t eat this health-promoting food since it can cause some negative interactions with some medications!

Check out my latest recipe that tastes awesome, still has that tangy citrus like grapefruit, but without the risks.


Recipe (Tangy Citrusy): Non-Grapefruit Juice

Serves 2

2 cups pineapple, peeled & chopped
1 cup cucumber, washed & chopped
1 lemon, peeled


Juice pineapple, cucumber, and lemon.

Serve over ice & enjoy!

Tip: Top with fresh mint leaves.
